How We Protect the Integrity of Your Assessment
The Global 4-Domain Communication Skills Rating Tool™ operates under a formal governance framework. We explain below what that means for you, your organisation, and every participant who completes it.
Assessment Integrity
The scoring logic, domain weightings, profile thresholds, and interpretive text of this assessment are constitutionally locked. They cannot be altered by any administrator, partner, enterprise client, or technology integration — regardless of the scale or duration of their relationship with the platform.
Immutable Scoring
Every assessment is scored using the same fixed methodology. The scoring engine is hardcoded and read-only. No configuration panel, admin interface, or API endpoint can alter how raw scores map to profile outputs. Write access to scoring parameters requires a formal, versioned code deployment — not a toggle or update.
Server-Side, Locked Reports
All reports are generated on the server and delivered as locked PDF files. The interpretive narrative — the developmental insights and recommendations within your report — is centrally authored, version-controlled, and cannot be edited by any user type, including the platform administrator. No user can download raw scoring logic or access interpretive content in editable form.
Version Integrity
Every completed assessment record is permanently tied to the exact version of the scoring framework that was active at the time of completion. If the framework is updated, historical records remain interpretable under the version in effect when they were completed. This means that when you return to track progress over time, you are comparing like with like.
Your Data. Your Rights.
The Global 4-Domain Communication Skills Rating Tool™ applies a clear, enforceable data ownership model. Your results belong to you. How they are accessed, retained, and deleted is governed by the platform’s architecture — not by policy statements alone.
Individual Participants
If you complete the assessment independently, your results are accessible only to you. They may not be shared with any organisation, administrator, or third party without your explicit written consent. This right is permanent and does not expire.
Organisational Deployments
Where an organisation commissions assessments for its team, results are accessible to the commissioning organisation’s administrator within the scope agreed at purchase. Each participant retains the right to their own copy. Independent results completed outside the organisational engagement are never accessible to the organisation’s administrator, even if the participant’s email address exists in both contexts.
Data Deletion
You may rcequest the deletion of your personal data at any time. Upon verification, personal identifiers — name, email address, and contact details — are deleted or permanently anonymised within 30 days. Anonymised records required for audit, governance, and legal compliance purposes are retained in line with applicable law. Financial and transactional records are retained for the minimum period required by Nigerian commercial law (CAMA 2020, s. 864; CITA, s. 63) and any other relevant jurisdiction.
Partner Data Obligations
Authorised partners and enterprise clients may not retain participant data beyond the scope and duration of their licence agreement. This obligation is enforced at the platform’s application layer, not solely through contract terms. Access to participant data is revoked automatically when a licence expires or is terminated.
An Independent Standard, Not a Licensed Product
The Global 4-Domain Communication Skills Rating Tool™ is governed solely by its own constitutional framework. No implementing partner, university, corporate client, or technology platform holds governance rights over the assessment, regardless of the scale or prominence of their relationship with it.
What Partners Can and Cannot Do
Authorised partners may deliver the assessment within approved contexts. They may not redesign it, rename its frameworks, modify its scoring system, alter its report outputs, or present it as jointly owned or co-developed. The assessment’s name, methodology, and interpretive authority remain independent and unaltered in all partner-facing and participant-facing materials.
No AI Reinterpretation
No artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, or automated process may generate, reinterpret, or replace official assessment interpretations or scores. Technology may be used to deliver and present the assessment. It may not be used to alter, augment, or independently produce assessment outputs, scores, or developmental conclusions.
Governing Authority
The Global 4D Tool Principal Office governs the assessment under the System Constitution (Version 1.0) and System Boundary Charter (Version 1.1). These documents establish the interpretive authority, scoring integrity standards, data ownership rules, and compliance obligations that apply to every implementation, in every context, globally.
Our Governance Framework
The platform operates under a suite of locked governance documents. These are not aspirational policies; they are binding instruments that govern every implementation, partnership, and technical decision across the ecosystem.
System Constitution (Version 1.0)
The foundational governance document. Defines interpretive authority, scoring integrity, data ownership, and compliance obligations. Supersedes all other documents.
System Boundary Charter (Version 1.1)
Defines what the platform can never become. Constrains AI, analytics, and partner customisation rights. Applies to all present and future ecosystem participants without exception.
Master Governance and Editorial Standard (Version 5)
Governs terminology, naming conventions, British English editorial standards, and ecosystem participation across all authorised implementations.
