Refund Policy
Our Commitment
We want you to feel confident purchasing from Global 4-Domain Communications Limited. This policy sets out clearly what you are entitled to, and how we handle refund requests across our three access tiers.
What You Purchase
When you purchase access to the Global 4-Domain Communication Skills Rating Tool™, you receive a persistent account from which you can complete the assessment, generate your personalised competency report, and return at any time to view or re-download your results. The assessment itself may be completed once per account. Your account and access to your report remain active following purchase.
Refund Terms by Access Tier
Once you have begun or completed the assessment, your personalised report has been generated and delivered to your account. At that point the digital content has been fully provided and your purchase is non-refundable.
Once rater invitations have been distributed or any participant has begun the assessment, the service is considered partially or fully delivered and is non-refundable. If only a subset of participants have been activated, we will consider partial credit requests on a case-by-case basis — please contact us to discuss.
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a contract for digital content within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We aim to process eligible refunds within 10 working days of receiving your request. Depending on your payment provider, the credit may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Account Closure & Your Data
Requesting a refund does not automatically close your account. If you wish to have your account and personal data deleted, please make a separate request in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your rights regarding personal data are governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
