Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Global 4-Domain Communications Limited. This policy sets out clearly what you are entitled to and how refund requests are handled across our tiers.

What You Purchase

When you purchase access to the Global 4-Domain Communication Skills Rating Tool™, you receive a persistent account from which you can complete the assessment, generate your personalised development report, and return to view or re-download your results.

The assessment is completed once per account. Access to your report remains available following purchase.

Merchant of Record

For self-serve Individual tier purchases, Global 4-Domain Communications Limited has designated Paddle as its authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All such transactions are subject to Paddle's Global Refund Policy, which governs the terms and processing of any refund requests. This policy operates within that framework.

Refund Terms

Individual $99 · self-serve

Purchases are processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record and are subject to Paddle's Global Refund Policy.

EU and UK buyers: You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Because the assessment is a digital service that commences immediately upon purchase, this right is waived where you have given express consent to immediate delivery at the point of checkout. Paddle captures this consent automatically at checkout. Once the assessment has commenced, no refund will be issued on this basis.

South Korea, Brazil, China, Canada, and Singapore: You have an unconditional right to cancel within 7 days of purchase (5 days for Singapore buyers). These rights cannot be waived and are handled by Paddle in accordance with applicable local law.

All other buyers: Paddle's standard refund process applies. Refund requests may be considered at Paddle's sole discretion within 14 days of the transaction date.

In all cases: Tax refunds and chargebacks are honoured regardless of any consent given. Access to the assessment and any generated reports will cease upon processing an approved refund.

Team & Multi-Team Cluster

Team and Multi-Team Cluster tiers are not available for purchase via self-serve checkout. These tiers are issued by invoice under a separate purchase agreement, which sets out the applicable refund and cancellation terms. Paddle's statutory withdrawal rights do not apply to invoiced transactions.

Enterprise & Institutional

Separate agreements govern enterprise and institutional arrangements. Refund and cancellation terms are as set out in the relevant contract.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any equivalent local legislation. Where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

How Refunds Are Processed

For Individual tier purchases, all refund requests are handled by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 14 days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, the credit may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Account Closure and Data

Requesting a refund does not automatically close your account. If you wish to have your account and personal data deleted, please submit a separate request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data rights are governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Global 4-Domain Communications Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). ICO Registration Reference: ZC189239.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
